For Patients
Making Appointments
All patients requiring an appointment with one of our Surgeons or Physicians can request an appointment via our contact us page or by call 03-9886-7788.
Referrals
Medicare requires that a valid GP referral be provided & keep on file for all patient consultations. Your referral is valid for 12 months when obtained from a GP or 3 months if obtained from another specialist or hospital. Due to the complexity of some specialities, you may be requested to send in your referral for triage prior to being able to offer you an appointment time. If your referral is urgent, we will contact you quickly to initiate a date & time as per your specialists instructions.
